The manicure was great, the pedicure is another story. The tech talked on her phone the whole time, just tapped my legs to move them when she going between processes. I paid for deluxe pedi but didn’t get it, the man said “yes u did she did the sand scrub” but it was not the sugar scrub and told when I asked about deluxe. She rubbed some kind of gel on heels and then buffed. The polish looked uneven because she didn’t smooth nails. And yes dirty inside. Money isn’t an issue with me, I just want what I pay for 😒

I just walked in, hoping for a pedicure. I had a delightful experience; Stephen gives an amazing leg/foot massage. Plus my toes look great and my callouses are gone.

VERY Pleased! I have been to this nail salon three (3) times. Every time I’ve gone, they’ve got me in and out quickly, yet I’ve never got the feeling that I was being rushed. The quality of work done has always been excellent. The prices are right in line with other local nail salons. Also, I am very comfortable going dressed however I might be. I don’t feel like I need to get “dressed up” to just go get my nails done. *UPDATE: NOT VERY PLEASED* I took stars away… That was 7 years ago, now is a different story. The last several times I’ve been there, it’s definitely went downhill. It needs to be cleaned up and painted. Windows were filthy and dust coated most areas. I got a full set of nails, the entire time I was there no one said anything to me. I actually tried to make small talk, with the man, but got no response (keep in mind this is the owner). When I was done, I asked him to file/grind underneath the nails so they don’t look so thick. He looked at me like I was crazy, he still didn’t say anything, but he did fix them. I said thank you, still no response. (I know for a fact that he does speak and understand English.) When I left, not one person said thank you or have a good day. Today was my last visit.

Terrible experience. I feel bad for the owner because he seemed like a nice guy. But the man who did my pedicure was awful. He looked and acted strung out, he was very rude and rushed my pedicure. He kept hanging his head really low and was very careless with my pedicure. To be completely honest he was scaring me. He didn’t speak to me at all, and his whole energy was very negative. He clipped one of my toes on accident and made me bleed and when I acknowledged it he didn’t even apologize. When another lady came in for a pedicure he sighed and shrugged like he was annoyed he had to do more work. Surprisingly my toes don’t look awful, but they could’ve been done a lot better and with MUCH better service and care. I was very sweet while I was in there and was excited to finally get my toes done, but I couldn’t be more ready to get out of that place. I usually tip decent but I wasn’t planning on tipping him because of his service. But he was hovering over me and making me feel very uncomfortable when I signed. I still gave him a $1 tip and he snatched the ticket and walked away and didn’t say anything. When I left no one said anything to me. This place needs a lot of work. I would not recommend coming here.
