2025-11-29Poor! I used the Lotus (owned by Same person for some time for the services of sugaring and lash lifts ) now Everyone either left or moved to a different location. I follow the people that move locations to only have then have a change of appointment. I have had a lash appointment for uh…September or so today I am informed that my appointment scheduled for tomorrow is either canceled or I have the option to use “another esthetician for my services that I’ve never used or met before or my appointment can be canceled entirely so with that being said I will use this person a one time act for this lash service due to the fact that I have had this appointment for some time and have been looking forward to it. Needless to say I am already using another ( not owned by said person SerenitySpa due to this type of unprofessionalism and now I am again to find and use another location for the lash lift as I have been informed upon cancellation/change of appointment that the Sernity day Spa will not only move location but it will no longer be able to preform lash lifts…unfortunate to say the least!
