2018-03-15Came from New York to visit my boyfriend. Wanted to get my hair done and have a girls day with my two daughter in laws. When I called to set up an appointment I was greeted by one if the warmest most accommodating receptionist I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Because i was new to Cullman, my intention was was to call a list of salons I jotted down to get a feel before deciding on a place. Well thankfully I did not have to do that after speaking to Rita, who I know consider a very good friend, I knew this was the place for me! Because of conflicted schedules I needed 3 last minute appointments one for hair, two, each for mani, pedi, facial and massages, and Rita magically made that happen with only a couple of hours to spare. She is the first person graciously greeting you, and sets the pace and standard for the beautiful, friendly, atmosphere that was created in this glamorous, yet warm , comfortable and welcoming spa .... I can't wait to come back!!!

2023-11-16Will never go back. Kenna cut my hair into this. I asked for simple short layers and this is how it turned out. I left the salon looking like a toddler cut my hair and she told me how it “looked good” and “everything is blended well”. You can clearly tell nothing was blended at all. I had to get another another stylist to fix this monstrosity and even she was in shock.
