Ruby Nails

I wish I could give negative stars. My mom and I came here to get our gel pedicures taken off, and after being cut TWICE back to back, my mom said it was time to go. The man who was giving her the pedicure showed no sign of care that he cut her twice and wanted to continue. It was the very beginning of the pedicure when he cut her, and after cutting her big toe, moved on and cut the toe next to it, without any stopping or caring that she was cut and bleeding. He then rubbed some type of blue liquid on the cut that made it burn terribly and bleed more. The woman who was giving me my pedicure asked if she could continue my service and make my mother wait, which was crazy to me. We will not be back! Thankfully, the girls who were waiting for a pedicure at the door saw what happened and chose to leave. We are well paying customers who tip extremely well when the service is good, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.

Super disappointed! They came highly recommended and yet they failed. My pedicure was great but my nails were crooked. When asked to fix them, they told me it was my finger not their work. I asked to have them removed/fixed. They said they would remove them and put new ones on but I would be paying for the two sets, removal of the first, both times for gel polish, and of course my pedicure. No thank you! I had them removed and showed them my natural nail is NOT crooked. In the end, they removed the nails and I paid 120$ for my toes.

It’s always great to go see Ruby. She listens and is amazing. My nails are beautiful and I get constant compliments on them. I usually get Acrylic and then a French manicure on top. This is the only place to go. I always five star service and the pedicures are amazing too.

I have been going to Ruby Nails for a year now even had conversations with ruby somehow every time i come in, they never remember me. I went in today for a fill in & she said hey pick your color; another lady came in and she said “ Hey How are you, sit here” and proceeds to start on her nails. After waiting, and waiting someone finally comes to do them, i ask the girl who is doing my nails, “ does that lady have an appointment “ she then speaks to ruby and ruby said “ can i help you “ i said yes, “ does this lady have an appointment “ she said no she’s not doing full set. It doesn’t matter! Highly disappointed & will NOT be going back here.

As someone who has worked in a salon doing pedicures for 3 years PLEASE DONT GO HERE if you expect your massage with your pedicure to include a foot massage. Never ever heard of a pedicure without a foot massage only leg.. I asked them and they said it was leg and up. Was not impressed with over all service! Also they re use old pumices which is unsanitary and goes against board guidelines.
