I don’t get to come here regularly because I can’t afford to get my nails done on a regular basis, but when I do, I like to come here; they have always done a wonderful job! But last night I came in with a picture of what I wanted, showed them, and asked if it was something they could do: a gel set with a little nail art. I didn’t feel it was overly complicated considering the other work I’ve seen in pics. Candy is who helped me, and she didn’t answer, but showed me to a seat; I took that as a “yes”. First of all, she filed my nails down so aggressively that she cut and made me bleed in 3 different places. I let that slide. But when it came to the color she picked after seeing my picture, it was nowhere near what was pictured. It was a light pinkish purple. I’m usually very passive and just deal with what I get, but this time i spoke up and told her that I wanted something darker, like in the photo I showed. She seemed annoyed and then brought over a bright red, which was also not at all like the pic. So I asked her if I could go pick the color, and I did. I apologized several times (even though I shouldn’t have had anything to apologize for) and she didn’t acknowledge it. Then when she was finishing up, I was confused because she hadn’t started on the nail art. Again, I spoke up and asked her what about the stars? Again, she didn’t respond, just acted horribly inconvenienced and pulled out the stuff and proceeded to act as though I chose the most difficult art she had ever seen. After she started over on the first nail for the third time, I told her to just forget about it. I was visibly upset, close to tears, and she said nothing. Charged me full price, and I even tipped, which I very much regret. I will not be coming here again.

Just got my nails done $95 for gel and I love the color but it was not done close enough to my cuticle so already looks like I need a fill in which they said would only be $70 next time.

I have been coming here for years. Spending at least $75 on a gel manicure with chrome every two weeks (and more when I get a pedicure, my eyebrows waxed and bring my mother and daughter). Today Dan did a very shoddy job on my manicure and was annoyed when I brought up that he fold my nailed down so think removing the old polish that it hurt, did not get my cuticles good or get all of my old polish off before he stared on my new polish. I even passed on the hand massage and still tipped. When I came back in to show them how he let me leave with my nails, I got laughed at. Laughed at. This is horribly disappointing to pay this much money to get shoddy work but then to Get treated like this. Unacceptable.

Today my nails looked really bad, so I went back to the salon and they fixed the broken one, but the color turned out way darker. I told her, and she didn’t like it — they just said, “Come back tomorrow, we’re closing.” Like, seriously? As a customer, I’m supposed to come, sit for an hour, and leave happy, not disappointed.

We got ripped off. My sister and I went in for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. They did the pedicure, but completely skipped the manicure—no cuticle care, no nail prep, nothing. Just rushed into applying the dip powder. I assumed they’d do the manicure part after the dip, but nope—they never did it. When I asked, the tech said, “You didn’t ask for a manicure.” That’s a lie—we both said we wanted manicure and pedicure. And then they had the audacity to charge us for the manicure they never did. We ended up paying $200 total, which would’ve been fine if we actually got what we asked for. But we didn’t. This place is rushed, careless, and dishonest. Never going back.
