2024-12-05Beautiful attention to detail, and lasts a very long time. Calm environment. However, wait time can be long. They will seat you while waiting on others and it could be up to an hour before they start working on your nails. Same for pedicure. They do not have enough help.

2023-01-26I just wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful ladies that took such good care of me today. I am a nail biter, so I was skeptical about having my nails done. Well, I have to say I am absolutely amazed. I now have beautiful nails. The SNS french nails is where it's at ladies. The process was so neat to watch. Also, the gel nails pedicure was so enjoyable and relaxing. I have found my new nail salon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2022-04-15The wait was 2 hours so I was told I could sign the book and come back, and when I did come back in a timely manner (about an hour later), I let them know I was back, and we made a comment about my name being on the book. Then, I was skipped over in line by a family of 3 that had walked in after me earlier and we’re on the book after me. They were not being serviced yet when I came back in, yet when each technician finished they took care of all 3 of those family members while I sat waiting. As others came in the door, they were assisted before me because they were “already on the book…” I should not have to speak up and fight to be serviced as a customer! After over 3 hours of this, I left without getting my nails done and will not be back.
