The quality isn't what it used to be. There is never a wait time but it could be because people are finding better service. The pictures are from after my service today.

My step daughter and I went to get a fill in. The woman who worked on our nails must have been an apprentice which I should be told prior to. When my step daughter told the woman what she wanted the girl next to her said “good luck” which should have been our clue, but we stayed. My daughter had dip so they soaked her nails the ENTIRE time I got mine done. Her hands were burning and peeling. I came in with a coffin shape and she rounded them without asking or asking if I wanted them shorter. I thought that’s fine kinda wanted to see if I liked rounded and went with it. My nails are lumpy and with bubbles and not completely rounded. My gel paint has come off one finger and a few already look like they need to come off after just one week. My daughter finally got a new set with nail art and it’s nothing like the picture. I paid $145 to leave very disappointed! We won’t be back. Make sure your tech is licensed! I now have to pay for a soak off and new set at another salon to have this fixed!

Pedicure was fine, but didn’t even scrub my calluses. I also got a full set, and wanted a simple design, I was so disappointed when she got done with them. I won’t be back. It was 120 plus they add 4 dollars for using a card🙄, so ridiculous. I was in there for 3 1/2 hours. There were 3 other people in there, so it wasn’t even busy. I will never go back.☹️ The girl that did my nails and pedicure also stayed on the phone almost the entire time she was working on me, which was inconsiderate and not personable at all.

A friends called ahead of time to see how much a gel fill in was. Over the phone we were told it would be $30 for the gel fill in. Inside the salon was nice and they had a variety of colors and options. We checked in and waited to be sat. After I got my fill in I waited for my friends to get hers. The color I picked was super cute, but the quality was not. The nails were not even as far as length. The acrylic was not even. On my thumb one side was much thicker while the other side had the original acrylic from my first set. After my nails were painted the person doing my nails decided to file them over the nail polish. Once we got ready to pay we were charged two different prices, $38 and $40 for the same service even though on the phone they said it would be $30. The gel nail polish I got chipped literally two days after I got them done.

Took us in without an appt. We got the Christmas nails we wanted. 2 satisfied customers
