Orchid Nails

First time here this morning. Monica is a sweetie 🥰 Very pleased with my results. These pink piggies are ready for the beach 🏖️

i had went there to get my birthday nails & the decor was great it was a really chill vibe. the females there were so sweet! but when i got them done i had asked “can you do french tips? if not that’s fine i’ll get white” because some Artist can’t do French tips, but he said yes, and I’ll show the pictures but it’s nothing like I wanted, and he was very rough and made me bleed on my cuticles and he left nail residue on my fingers around my nails. & also did not get acrylic at the top so my actual is showing . i paid 65 but his honestly not worth the money.

The overall experience was not welcoming at all. The techs made casual conversation with every customer except us!! We are African American!! The nails tech had to be told repeatedly to polish my entire nails. During the pedicure the tech did not want to use the pumice stone to remove the dead skin from my Guys heel Which is I wasn’t large or thick amount just the normal process!! Once we mentioned it to them they made it seem as if he doesn’t lotion his feet daily!! LIKE WE ARE TRASHY. IM A TRAVEL NURSE AND WE HAVE THREE OF OUR OWN BUSINESSES AND TO BE TREATED LIKE WE ARE BELOW THEM IS SAD AND PITIFUL!!! They are rude to certain races!!! I will never return. And all of this after driving around to find this location sense the others we stopped at previously were no longer in business!!!

I don't like leaving a negative review; however, I've had my nails done there twice. The older lady did them the first time. She is so rude. However, I let it go. She did an ok job. It wasn't the best, but it was nice if you didn't looked at them up close. The second time the man who worked in the salon did them, he was kind; however, when I got outside in the light, my nails looked quite bad. However, I went straight to another nail salon to have them fix. I was going to try it again and voice my opinion, so I called to tell them I was on my way, running a couple of minutes late, and this lady said we can not do yo nail. And we can't make a appointment for you any mo. Just like that.🤣 I laughed because they are no magnolia Jane. They need to take training from the staff at Magnolia Jane for customer care courtesy and nail tech training. However the Salon is very clean

Went in to get a fill-in and color polish and want to charge me $124 came in with my own set on my sister wanna a full set they are not doing nails right she told them to stop cause they wasn’t doing them right when you watch a nail video you see how they do them but they want be lazy and don’t do them right they mess up here real mail taking them off ya better ask for how much they charging before doing nails . Don’t like the way they look the color I asked to take them off they gonna charge you 26 for doing it. colors or their equipment then they tell you they’re gonna try to get them to look like that. It’s not what they want is what we want then try to rush my sister about the length. Bad service
