Phoenix Nails ‘N’ Spa

Will not be going back. Lia did my nails and was extremely rude. I have been getting my nails done for years on and off and decided to try a new place. She kept telling me to scrunch my hands under the UV lamp which I've never heard of and everytime I did i accidentally smudged my nail. The last time she got super upset with me I apologized and kept explaining the way she wanted my hands was causing me to smudge my nails. I've been getting my nails done since I was 12 so this isn't my first time like I said before. She got very upset and kept saying "oh my god" it was very uncomfortable. My nails ended up peeling today, I have NEVER had gel nail polish peel off acrylics. She also asked me if I wanted pointy nails and I said sure. After she filed them she informed me that would be an up charge. I don't mind paying extra but that should have been explained before she did it. For $100 and my nails to peel the next day I will not be going back. She kept asking for a google review so here ya go.

Derek and Ben were the best! Its worth the apt. I have terrible hands due to work chemicals. My hands look brand new!! Truly! Derek threw out a full set so fast and it looks fantastic! Super impressed and will definitely be back! Made it back after a much needed nail break! Lia!!! I wanna take care of you honey! You did phenominal 👏 now while Ben and Derek are also both great, LIA is where its at! I truly recommend getting your apt with her!! She's so so so precise and very patient and makes sure she looks at all directions of your nail to ensure it's even she makes sure to ask you a few times if this is what you're comfortable with! Hands down she was amazing! We chatted and we laughed! It was a good time! I again, will be back!! I asked for a full color set with simple glitter lines and she did exactly THAT! I am more than impressed with how mine came out!

It was great! I called scheduled an appointment. Walked and was greeted kindly. Lea did my nails and she was very kind! I asked for Jade inspired nails with a flower and I am in love with the results!! I added my inspiration pictures as well. I went with cat eye polish instead of the marbling.

The nails are very pretty, but the experience wasn't too stellar. Albeit, I understand the consequences of being the last appointment of the evening, but I always try to be considerate and book an appointment first, just like this time. After being thrilled they could get me in for a full set of French tips at a time that coordinated well for both of us, I was pretty let down to watch the technician, keeping anonymous because they could have just been having a long day (but still), continue to run their way too fast of hands through my wet nails and have to continually fix error after error. Then they actually blamed me for one, and literally waited for a response. And the nails, while they look good, didn't have the forms glued properly and are already lifting at the tips to the point debris can catch in them.

The personnel at Phoenix Nails are very professional and the shop is extremely clean. Derek does an excellent job on my nails and I’ve always been very pleased with his professionalism. I highly recommend this business.
