I am a 56 year old woman in menopause. After months of brain fog, unexplained weight gain, and lethargy, I finally decided I needed to seek professional help. I have several close girlfriends who had great results from HRT, and they highly recommended Betsey Neddermeyer. Betsey did a thorough explanation of all the benefits and side effects of hormone replacement, as well as my options for intake. Through a thorough blood panel, I also discovered I had a high A1C and I was insulin resistant. I started taking a GPL1 to help with my weight loss and I chose to do a pellet insertion of estrogen and testosterone. My treatment began in mid-September, and I started to feel better immediately! The brain fog was gone, the afternoon slump of wanting a nap or a cup of coffee disappeared, and I had the energy to want to work out regularly like I used to. After almost 3 months of this journey, I've lost almost 30 pounds which surpasses my fitness goal, and I feel young and vibrant again. I wanted to share my experience with other women in their 50's who are looking for help and answers in the midst of menopause and want to take back your good health. It is possible!

This is the best spa around. They are so professional and everyone there has great knowledge and skill at what they do. They have numerous trainings and do a lot of webinars to teach their clients about what they do. Megan is amazing at the services that I have done and she is so sweet.
