Amazing experience at Navi, and truly great staff. I booked the 80m Swedish massage with deep tissue add-on. Ivan is the best, really. Nice location, complimentary hot tub access and champagne. Staying at an offsite resort?..definately worth the drive!

I was so happy with the service from This establishment. I appreciate the compliment wine and time in the hot springs as well. Being a therapist myself I have high expectations for a massage and I think Amber did an amazing job. I had pain in my thumb joint and forearms(from my work as a massage therapist) and she was able to resolve that quickly in the 25 minute massage I scheduled. All and all I will pay the money to have a longer massage knowing that there are good therapist at this establishment!

Wonderful experience, took the wife and spent the day relaxing. Staff was amazing definitely will go back. Ivan did an absolutely awesome job on the massage.

My husband and I had a Swedish couples massage here, and it was absolutely amazing! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The guy at the front desk was extremely polite and attentive to every detail — he explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable since it was our first time here and many things were new to us. The atmosphere was calm, cozy, and beautifully relaxing, with soft music and a pleasant scent in the air. Both of our therapists were very professional and made sure the pressure and techniques were perfect for each of us. We left feeling completely relaxed, light, and renewed. 💫 Excellent service from start to finish — we’ll definitely come back again! 🌸

My Navi Spa experience at Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells was amazing, from Mr. Roman helping me combine my multiple spa selections at the best price and time line, to Mr. Ivan for the most luxurious and transformative body scrub and Swedish Massage. It left me feeling euphoric and floating on air. Miss Cat, they're amazing esthetician gave me my 1st time pain free wax, she is so talented and incredible, and I feel like a new person, and add in the fresh cold water and a delicious glass of champagne in the jacuzzi spa afterwards, it's absolutely blissful, a 12 out of 10 experience, I can't wait to come back, what a wonderful crew.
