2025-09-20My mother has been a customer since it opened its first location over 20 years ago and they don’t treat her like a regular. She was over charged for nail painting while the lady huffed and puffed because she asked for more than one gel color. They are extremely unprofessional with lack of care. Everything is a money pinch but quality of product and service is disgustingly poor. They make up prices and lack price transparency. Why are we charging clients for cuticles to be trimmed or a simple nail shape? This is why people do nails at home now because of disappointing customer service.

2024-08-05CASH ONLY. Ladies here were very nice and knew what they were doing. When you go in you write your name down on the clipboard that sits at the main desk. (EDIT: call to make an appointment post-pandemic!) The pics are shellac from 1 week after they were done. Prices reasonable. I am definitely coming back for more! I also got my brows done and they turned out great too. EDIT:Oct. 2023 still great. Came in with an idea and was able to figure it out together. Line work is incredible as always.
