Best City Nails

Omg Selena! She did SO good on my nails and recreated exactly what I asked for. I accidentally booked a pedicure instead of a manicure(🤦🏻‍♀️) and she switched me immediately with no issue. Seriously the best my nails have ever come out. Don’t hesitate booking here, you won’t be disappointed!

My first manicure here was a painful experience I’ve never had elsewhere. My nails were ground down very thin to the point it got hot and the tech pressed her nails into my nail beds to separate the gel which hurt and felt unsanitary. I also felt scolded for not sharing I wanted builder on when booking and for having my nails done elsewhere prior. The builder was put on, then a majority taken off. I will say in fairness it seemed other guests had a better experience with their techs.

My first experience wasn’t great, I put up a review on google about my experience and the very next day a very nice employee reached out to me for a redo completely free of charge. I was put with Selena who soaked my nails off and started from scratch and it came out amazing! My thanks go to her for the excellent service even when expecting nothing in return. And another thanks to the manager for setting up the redo and making me a repeat customer!
