2025-08-23Very unhappy with my cuticles being cut, they are all very sore. I have never had this happen. Second time I was at this salon, first time was amazing. This time I need a fill and pedi , she did not even remove the rough skin on my heels. Sad to say I don’t think I will be back.

2025-07-03My last manicure with Mai lasted 3 weeks, which is unheard of. Today was my fourth visit with Mai and she did another excellent manicure. Attention to detail makes the difference. I love the patriotic flag symbol she added. Book ahead because this shop is busy!

2025-09-20Worst pedicure I ever had. Since I had gel polish on and wanted regular polish they charged me $7 to remove the gel. I do not see this fee on their webpage. When I got home I had to file my nails because she didn’t smooth out the edges. Also will have to soak my feet tonight and smooth out calluses as well since she didn’t do a good job. Very disappointed. This was my first time there. I won’t go back. I should ask for a refund. It’s my fault for not walking out when she said there would be a $7 charge to remove the gel polish. However, they did read my review and didn’t offer to fix the issue. That says a lot about a business. I would remove this review if they offered even a partial refund or the opportunity to come back and do it right.

2024-12-31My friend and I both made an appointment at 4pm. They didn’t start her nails until 4:35pm and took an hour on them. We had somewhere to be at 5pm and we were 45 minutes late. It was very frustrating. On top of that, I’m really unhappy with how my nails turned out. I asked for medium length and they are super short and every nail is a different length. This normally wouldn’t bug me but I got a French so it looks silly. Also, when I lay my hand flat, my nails go upwards. It looks so bad. I paid $80 and I am seriously considering soaking them off (I got them done yesterday). I would not recommend this salon :(
