She brought me to a cozy room with a warm, fluffy blanket and soothing music in the background — it was pure comfort from start to finish. Krista took the time to observe my skin and selected several products based on what she saw, giving me a truly customized hydration experience. I also opted for exfoliation, and my skin feels smoother, softer, and so refreshed. She explained every step as she went, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable — I was so relaxed I actually dozed off a couple of times! I just had my first ever facial with Megan with two add-ons (dermaplane and a hand treatment) and it was life changing! I’ve never thought so highly of my natural self, but after today I can honestly say I look SO GOOD. Megan took her time, was incredibly sweet, kind, and calming throughout the whole process.
