Ella was amazing! She listened and is very creative. I needed to have my hair done for my sons wedding. It was out doors and looked fabulous from 9am to when i got home at midnight. Highly recommend her!

Bailey does an amazing job of making all of my hair color visions come to life! She is always enthusiastic about trying my latest color idea! In addition, she does amazing work with the very vibrant fun colors that I want. My latest style literally looks "fire" thanks to Bailey's creative use of yellow, orange and poppy!

I had the MOST wonderful experience at Fringe Aveda. Maddie was my stylist and she made my experience so wonderful. I haven’t had bangs since kindergarten so i was very anxious about getting them, and have had multiple bad experiences with other stylists cutting my hair unevenly so i had not been to a salon in several years. I regrettably because of that, had done my own cuts at home (such as the wolf or butterfly cut via YouTube) and had slightly uneven layers. Maddie blended out my layers super well and also did such a great job with my bangs! She is so kind and fun to talk to! I am glad to find a place I can trust after so long.

I am not the type of girl to leave bad reviews. I know fringe is widely loved by most women in the area, but I haven’t received the best customer service on two separate occasions now. I previously had an appointment scheduled in October. I got a call that the stylist that I had scheduled with had left and they wanted me to reschedule with someone else. While on the phone with them, we couldn’t find a slot that fit what I needed so they told me they would give me a call back. They never did. I ended up going elsewhere. Then last week, I sent them a message that I would like to get more information about their wedding services for hair, and they saw my message and never responded and I never received a call. I know things can slip through the cracks but it’s been twice now that I’ve been waiting for a response from them that never came.

Absolutely in LOVE with my new cut done by Angela! I have had so many compliments and feel like I have finally found a style that compliments my features. It wouldn’t have been executed so flawlessly if it weren’t for Angela’s talent and experience. The staff here are so so kind and sweet! The atmosphere is relaxing and it really feels like a high end salon (but one I can afford!!!) I wouldn’t consider going anywhere but Fringe in Rice Lake.
