2025-08-25I made an appointment in June for a Saturday Aug. 23. I am only in the area on the weekends and the stylist I see only works every other weekend. So I made sure I had an appointment set for a cut and color before I left my last appointment. When I arrived on Saturday there was no appointment for me. I had the card I was given back in June. I was told maybe they could get me in for a haircut, if I wanted to come back 2 hours later. No apology, no urgency, no nothing. I was warned, but I was so happy after by first visit. I will not be returning, I was not feeling my best for our family pictures the following day.
