2024-05-17Carley did an AMAZING job on my hair tonight! She took the time to listen and understand my ideas and thoughts and was so supportive in my decision for a healthy 9inch chop! It was such a joy to see that my hair looked exactly like the inspiration pictures I showed her! As a first time customer I will definitely be back and regret not trying this salon out sooner! 2025-10-22It's alright, the foundation feels a little old and you can hear conversations through walls. Everything creaks and the winter gets very VERY cold. Emily's is great and has a nice view outside while getting nails done.

2025-03-31I can’t say enough great things about Haven Salon in Muskego! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming, attentive, and truly listens to what you need. I went in last week for my very first lip wax and was a little nervous, but Rio was absolutely wonderful. She eased all my fears and made the experience so comfortable—I highly recommend her! Carley has done my hair twice now and every time, she completely gets what I’m looking for. She listens, asks the right questions, and delivers results that I love. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. This salon is such a gem—professional, friendly, and full of people who genuinely care. Highly recommend!

2023-08-10I have never posted a review for any business, but I am going to for this one as a warning. This is the second time that I have gone to this salon and I don't think I will be going back. My stylist (supposedly a senior stylist) seemed very rushed during my appointment. Did not take her time while washing my hair at all and was yanking on it a lot. Not to mention I brushed through it before the appointment and there weren't any tangles. She cut my hair and missed pieces that clearly were not supposed to be 4 inches longer than the rest of my hair, making it appear stringy. I had to go back and cut these pieces myself. She burned my scalp in multiple places with the blow dryer and was aggressively pulling at my completely wet hair with a round brush. It was very painful and I walked out with my hair half wet.
