Qticles Nail Salon is truly a gem. Every visit is a wonderful experience--from the exceptional and friendly customer service to the relaxing ambiance and comfortable spa chairs. My manicures and pedicures are always top-notch! I'm so grateful I found Qticles after a disappointing experience at another salon in Shorewood. Walking into Qticles was a breath of fresh air! One of the things I love most is how easy it is to book an appointment--Susie is just a text away. The entire staff is welcoming, talented, and incredibly kind, not only to me but also to my elderly and disabled mom, which means so much. My go-to nail color right now is Funny Bunny by OPI--highly recommend!

Reallyyyy loved this place! Have walked by over a hundred times with my Mom and dog. Dad has stage 4 cancer and we don't like leaving him home alone very long. They got us in last minute and since it's right around the corner, Dad could nap while we did our quick outing together! The salon doesn't have any harsh chemical smells, the interior is gorgeous and both of our nail techs helped us with our colors. (We had a hard morning... We knew what we wanted-ish, but we were frazzled & couldn't decide...) Both technicians took their time, but stayed within our time slots so we could get home to be with Dad when he woke up. They have snacks and beverages should you want to imbibe. It honestly made us feel comfortable and grateful they were so thoughtful here. Besides nails, they also pierce ears. We saw a little girl get her ears pierced. Her big sister video-ed it for her. The man who pierced her ears walked her through the whole process and she had a nice experience. This place is fantastic! Highly recommend!

I’ve tried 8-9 different salons in the North Shore area on quest for a decent pedicure. Qticles is by far the best! The place is absolutely spotless and smells amazing. They have good quality polishes like OPI and Zoya. All of the techs are very skilled and are constantly checking for satisfaction. Prices are fair and they accept Venmo for tips. If I had to change one thing, I’d wish they would be able to accept walk ins. I’m awful at remembering to make an appointment and they are always booked. Guess that’s a good though! Just remember to make an appointment and you’ll have a fantastic experience!

Qticles Nail Salon & Spa is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here since they opened their doors 14 years ago and have never looked back. Every nail technician delivers the same level of exceptional service, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience. It’s the only place I trust, and the only salon I felt comfortable visiting during the pandemic. The space is always spotless, and the staff prioritizes the client experience above all else. A special shoutout to Susie, who has become a dear friend over the years. She’s always professional, welcoming, and greets everyone with a smile. This salon is truly my favorite place to visit!

Bright, clean nail salon with friendly staff. VERY happy with my manicures! In fact, the 2nd photo (red polish) was taken 2 1/2 weeks AFTER getting my manicure! Kayla is a perfectionist and made sure it would last through the holidays! No chipping or peeling! Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time as they currently do not allow walk-ins.
