2025-11-01I went to Mai Nail Salon and Spa for the first time today (located by KK Sew and Vac, at N and KK). It's a new salon owned by Mai (formerly of Kimberly Nail Spa) and her husband Sam. I am a bit of a tough customer as I really value customer service above all else. Let me say, they knocked it out of the park. Mai was super attentive, detail oriented, skilled, quick but not rushed, and a delight! Her husband smiles non stop, so kind and friendly! The atmosphere is peaceful, serene, and clean. Mai worked wonders on my ugly feet and my nails are beautiful. I found their prices to be reasonable and in line with other nail spas in the area, if not lower (No CC fee either). Highly recommend!!

The salon is spotless, relaxing, and focused on healthy nails—I was so comfortable I actually fell asleep during my pedicure lol Mai and Choua are a delight and easy to talk to, friendly, and so attentive to detail. Im so happy I dropped in...I left feeling relaxed and pampered, and I’m already looking forward to going back😁
