Amaya was wonderful to work with! After having an extensive surgery months prior, I came in for some self-care to get back to feeling more like myself. Amaya was extremely accommodating and understanding, making my time perfect. I have already recommended her to family and friends, and will be back myself. Additionally, everyone from the front desk and beyond are so welcoming and friendly, thank you to all of you!

Kiley always does such a wonderful job on my hair. She makes it look so easy! This time she used the 10 minute color on me which cut my time down. Such a great option to have! As always, I walked out feeling beautiful ❤️

Jennie took the time to review styles, cut/color options available within the ideas I had, and explained different options that could produce different results to ensure that she/I both fully understood what direction to go with. She offered her knowledge/experience to get the best results and I really appreciate her attention to details that I wouldn’t have even thought of. Seriously, I wouldn’t go to anyone else! You are appreciated!

Kailey did an AMAZING job on my hair today. I went in for a cut and partial highlight. She listened and surpassed my expectations. She is very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does and gave me product suggestions to keep my blonde looking fresh between visits. I look forward to future visits with her! Regan

I went in a few weeks ago for a cut, color and a facial. I used a gift card my husband got for me for Christmas. To say that I am not happy with my experience is an understatement. The girl who did my hair was super nice but she cut way too much off. 15" to be exact. I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted, including a picture of me WITH the style previously. I told her I didn't want it above my shoulders. The cut style I wanted is an inverted bob. It is almost all one length and is above my shoulders. I asked for blonde highlights and some purple. There are some blonde highlights but ZERO purple, which I believe I paid extra for! After my cut and highlight were done, I was fighting back tears and was visibly upset. I then had my facial which I couldn't even enjoy because I was so upset about my hair. I received a text after my visit asking for feedback. I filled it out, explaining what happened and haven't heard anything back from the establishment. I feel like this is absolutely horrible to treat your guests this way! You can't please everyone but, you should definitely try to correct problems when they occur......that's what good establishments do. Clearly I was wrong in asking for a gift card to Bellasazi for a Christmas gift. I definitely do not recommend going there. After multiple conversations with the owner, I have come to the conclusion that all this establishment cares about is, me adjusting my google reviews and not my feelings or experience there. Definitely not a company I will ever work with again or recommend.
