2025-10-08I got my nails done for the first time at this salon a week ago from today. Everything was great while I was there, but after only four days I lost one nail. The next day a second, and today, seven days later, I lost two while simply putting my wet clothes into the dryer. Usually I don't leave negative reviews but I paid over $60 including tip. I haven't gotten my nails done in years but thought I'd treat myself. I'm very sad as someone who works hard for their money. I'm not sure what policies are about going in and getting nails redone, but I definitely would come in it offered. But for now, I'm really disappointed to only have two nails left on my right hand.
