Beautary Nails Spa

This was my second time visiting & it was not a good experience! $88 & my pedicure looks horrible, my manicure, my thumb has already chipped. I requested gel for both. I had a lady do my nails & I assumed she was going to do my pedicure. Nope. I sit in the chair, a you man asks me what I wanted. Another lady comes over, sits down he asks her the same. I sit Another 7/8 minutes. The young man sits down & starts doing the other lady's pedicure! I'm still sitting. I sat about 15 minutes before another guy came over & started on my pedicure. He did a horrible job. One toe he did over twice. I was pressed for time & didn't want to argue with them about not paying for the pedicure or paying 1/2. I moved back to MKE & am trying to find a place to get my hands & feet done the way I'm used to. Paying $88 for what I received is ridiculous & I won't be going back! And they could care less about my review. They got their money!

Walked and was greeted immediately. Asked for walk in appointment, she was glad to help. (Forgot to ask her name) Gave me plenty of time to pick the color I wanted. Had no issue doing the design I asked for. The price I paid was reasonable. Shop was very clean, everyone was friendly. And I feel like I got done pretty quickly. (2:30pm - 4) Seemed as if everyone was helped in a pretty timely matter. And if you ask me it's definitely worth the wait! This will definitely be my spot next time! Thanks everyone!

I went there with a group and all of us got the golden Pedi, it was so amazing and relaxing, I was so impressed with the hot towel that had orange lemongrass. It smells so relaxing. Ben did my service, and he did a good job!!!! so far, my mother and my sister in law really love it. Definitely gonna come back!

Very clean and relaxing Very nice staff. Lots of great color options. One of the best Mani/pedi's I've received.

Lucy is amazing!! I have been here 3 times and I only go to her; pays attention to details, cleans cuticles very well, and always checks to make sure I am happy with the color and length of my nails. Definitely the only nail tech I will continue to go to in Milwaukee!
