2025-10-12First time at Tranquility for me after getting a gift card. I had a therapeutic massage with Dawn and she was PHENOMENAL (I've already scheduled my next one). 🤗 She helped relieve my tightness and gave me insight into why certain muscles were so sore because of tightness in other areas. She was friendly and compassionate from the moment I got there. The staff in general was welcoming and friendly.

2025-10-03Anisah was absolutely fabulous. I was really nervous to get waxed, and she was so reassuring, patient, and caring. She provided an excellent combination of candor and professionalism. I felt like she legitimately cared about her work, and was not just going through the motions. This spa is not particularly close to where I live, and I am a pretty hard sell when it comes to spending money on spa services, but my experience with Anisah pretty much made me ready to shell out the $ regularly for her services. One side note to the owner, the website is not especially easy to navigate or book on, I had to start over several times when trying to book...may be worth your time to consider a new booking platform. Just a friendly 2 cents from someone who works in digital production. :)
