Utopia Nail & Spa 3

This was my first time here and I got the ladies regular pedicure for $37 with Vanessa. Honestly, it was the best pedicure I've ever had. The atmosphere is dark and calming, like a spa. Most nail salons are loud, crowded and rushed. It also included a scrub and hot towels which I've usually had to pay extra for. And they have beautiful paint color options. I will be back and highly recommend! The only thing that could have made this even more enjoyable is champagne/wine for purchase :)

So I’ll never come back here!!!! I ended up going someplace else to get all the gel removed because of how thick and uneven it was. The gel is cheap!!! I’m also unsure if clean tools were used on me. I was her first client. And she doused all of her tools with rubbing alcohol leading me to assume she did not properly clean them. My pedicure has no topcoat on it. It’s rough and not even.

Had pedicure. Had been 3 years since the last one...long story. The pedicure room is separated from the manicure room. It is darkened with three or 4 lit bubble lights. Nice mellow Music. Kelly did a great job! Will definitely go back. Reasonable price too

I keep going to Utopia because it's the best rated, but the past few times I've left unhappy with my nails. Each time I go now the designs aren't well done, the nails chip immediately, and there are so few colors that it makes finding something that could look good very difficult. I was going to get my nails fixed by them, but I'm so exhausted with this chain that I'm just going to try a different nail salon.

I have gone to Utopia once a year for my birthday and have always enjoyed my experience. Today completely changed that. Vanessa was the most disrespectful and rude nail tech I have ever had the misfortune to have work on me. From the very second she walked up to me she had an attitude and terrible customer service. She didn’t even say hello or introduce herself just walked up asked if I was ready and proceeded to walk away. Leaving me standing there unsure if I was to follow her or not. I had to ask her if I was following her. As she lead me to the spa chair for my pedicure she stood from the doorway and pointed to which chair I was to sit in. Again I had to ask her if that is where I was supposed to go. I came in for a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. As she started my pedicure I had shown her some inspiration photos I had for my manicure and she instantly snapped at me saying she didn’t have time for anything close to what I was asking for which was a extremely basic one color manicure with an accent nail with two lines. The most basic nail art to request. After stating she would never have the time for that she then started to yell at me about not booking properly and how this was not her problem. I should have told them what I was wanting when I called. I told her I called a few times but was never able to speak to someone so I just booked online and it did not give me the option for nail art. She then snapped back and said “that’s what the comment section is for”. I knew I should have walked away right at that point but I let her continue the pedicure, which was the most half assed pedicure. There was no massage just gliding her hands over my legs and feet and zero attempt at any exfoliation. If it wasn’t for the polish you would never have known I just paid for a pedicure. Needless to say I did not continue with my manicure. Zero stars would have been a more accurate representation of my experience today. I will never be retuning to Utopia and will encourage my friends whom I have referred here to find a new salon as well.
