I was dissatisfied with the way my color turned out. It looked different on the nail sample, but apparently, it’s because was on a clear nail. The color I chose had purple undertones (number 11 in the photo). The color that came out was mustard yellow, and then brown. The salon called me, as they knew I wasn’t happy, and offered to change the color completely for no charge! That is very professional, and a testament to really incredible customer service. To me it shows that they actually show pride in their work. If you look through my reviews, you will see that I have reviewed many places from all around the US. I have been getting my nails every two weeks for the past 30 years. It is very rare that I see a nail salon take the time to make sure their customers are satisfied with their nails. II paid $45 for the fill, and $10 for cateye. That is a really good price and is about average for their area. My daughter loved her nails, and she will definitely be coming back. Her nail tech does incredible work. I didn’t leave her nail tech a tip, but I will leave him a tip for her when I get my nails another color. My daughter is even pickier than I am, and she was really happy with her nails. They look incredible.

Update (2): I want to give some credit for the health of my natural nails - not only do they do an amazing job with cool designs & fun manicures, but I went to Lux after developing a horrible gel allergy from another place. My nails were literally eaten off by the gel. Hannah was so careful & caring with my nails that now, every time we remove my prior manicure, I am still in shock of my natural nails & how healthy they are! I get a dip manicure & with gel over the dip for fun designs, Lux & Hannah are due all the credit for the health of my natural nails. Update: 6 months later & it’s consistent service every time! The quality is insane, I can go 4+ weeks in between appointments with no chipping or lifting. I do the dip manicure & the grow-out is unlike anything I’ve experienced before! They’re the best at their craft!! Lux Nails is The Best! I’ve been getting my nails done here since moving to the area from out of state 9 months ago. I lucked out on my 1st visit & have been coming regularly since! My girl Hannah does a perfect job every time. She is always willing to do whatever Pinterest find I show her. She’s efficient & meticulous. And every employee seems to really like their job! The prices are consistent & she always gives me the total before starting my manicure. I get a dip manicure & my natural nails have not looked this healthy in maybe forever! I can go on & on with all of the positive accolades, they are spectacular here.

I have been going here for over a year and I absolutely love it. The builder gel was suggested to me by my nail tech and now I have long, strong, gorgeous natural nails. And my mani is always 🔥🔥🔥. Twice a year I treat myself to the Spa Pedicure and it is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!!

Sarah is the best nail tech I've ever went to. She is so gentle and detail oriented. I love coming here because of the nice atmosphere and welcoming environment. Definitely my to go to place now! 🩷

I appreciated that they did an actual manicure to my nails before painting my nails, I’ve been missing that at the last place I’ve been going to. My suggestion would be to soak my nails prior to pushing back cuticles to make the experience more enjoyable. The manicurist made several of my cuticles bleed with no check in to see if I was okay or to say sorry. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. Otherwise overall I’m satisfied with the quality of work. Paid extra for the hardening gel since my nails are pretty weak.
