Before I met Amy- I thought my nails were going to be ugly, short, and stumpy for the rest of my life. But Amy has completely changed the way that my nails look and how they grow. I cannot recommend The Nail Hub enough. Amy is truly a magician when it comes to nails. Builder gel is a complete game changer!

Edited to respond to business reply: The business owner has 100% lied when replying to my review. I was charged for dip removal and I was offered 10 dollars off for the nick if I removed my review, which I did not accept. They did offer to fix it, but I did not feel comfortable going back. Also, the fact that the reply says that I made a comment about the nick happening because I was on my phone is laughable. I definitely never said that as I was not using my phone. Blatant lying to customers who have given you their business in effort to gain more is a real red flag. The woman who did my nails was very kind; however, I am not happy with the gel manicure as the polish is very uneven. Also, I had dip polish on upon arrival (from my previous appointment at Nail Hub) that was incredibly hard for her to take off and in the process she nicked my nail which started bleeding. They also charged me separately to remove the polish when online it said it was included.

I love getting my nails done here. I get builder gel, I love the way Amy and Tyler do my nails. It always comes out so beautifully and last so long. Come here if you want an amazing experience.

I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but the service I received and the lack of willingness to make it right left me completely disappointed. I booked a Gel-X service, something I’ve had done several times before. My technician, Tyler, began applying the nails and I explained that I wanted a short almond shape. He immediately told me he only had one size available, which I found surprising since no other salon has ever told me that before. He said he could cut them down, but I expressed my concern that doing so would make the length and shape uneven which defeats the purpose of Gel-X. Despite my concerns, he continued the application and moved on to painting a French tip. I had even provided a photo for shape and French style inspiration, but the results looked nothing like what I asked for. The nails were uneven, bulky, and overall sloppy. I voiced my concerns during the service, but while he attempted to “fix” them, he also brought his next client to sit next to me, which made me feel rushed, awkward, and like my concerns were an inconvenience. I left hating my nails. Since I had an event that same evening, I had no choice but to go elsewhere to have them completely removed and redone. Later, I called the salon to express my disappointment. While the woman I spoke to was apologetic, the only resolution offered was 20% off my next service. After paying top dollar for nails I immediately had to replace, that offer felt dismissive and insulting. I won’t be returning to this salon. Honestly, I would have had a better result with press-ons. I strongly recommend the salon take a serious look at both the quality of service being provided and how they handle dissatisfied customers. My reply to their response: I’d like to clarify a few points from your response. My appointment was booked for Gel-X with removal, which means adequate time was already allocated for an overlay removal, as removals take the same amount of time whether it’s Gel-X or an overlay. I also did not extend the service time by asking what builder gel was (which he offered) — I simply asked my tech to explain since I had never had it before. My appointment started at 9:30 and was completed by 10:49, so I am unsure where the “two hours” figure comes from. There is no need to misrepresent the time frame especially since the photos attached are time stamped in my camera roll. Additionally, the reason Gel-X offers different lengths and shapes is to provide a precise, polished result — not something that requires being entirely reshaped. That defeats the purpose. I did in fact tell the tech that my nails were uneven, but his attempt to correct them was rushed as his next client was already seated directly next to me, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable. Leaving a client unhappy should be concerning, especially at the price point charged. If what I received is considered “neat and professional work,” then I am glad I will not be returning, as it does not reflect the quality I expect

I have been going here for over a year and am so happy every single time! Amy and her team and SO great and talented. They have the best assortment of colors and designs always turn out great. I typically get builder gel, and my real nails are so strong and healthy!! Love The Nail Hub! ❤️
