2024-08-09This was awhile ago so it might’ve changed (and this isn’t about the owner) but one of the stylist didn’t do well, questioning me about the hairstyle “are you sure? Are you sure? Maybe not. You sure you want bangs? I can’t use that color for your hair (which is understandable but she didn’t handle it well).” basically telling me how I should style my hair, even though I was clear I wanted that kind of style (it was a wolf cut. A basic wolf cut with bangs). But it was only one person, the rest of it was nice :D

2018-02-21The ladies were incredibly welcoming and kind for my 4 y.o hair cut. Her stylist also gave me option for my own hair, and the others gave tips on keeping my daughter's hair healthy. Absolutely love them. Very affordable.
