Germantown Nails

This was my second time visiting for a pedicure. It's really close to my house had good reviews, and they take walk-ins. I did make an appointment online though and it was easy to do. First, they all have great customer service. When you enter, you are immediately greeted. This has happened each time I came, and when I brought my kids. Second, the place is very clean and they offer drinks. I would say you get a thorough service for the price. Even the very fancy things are reasonably priced. Today, I got their fall special because why not. I did get polish and was serviced by Tan. They make you a refreshing Chai tea latte and there's so much to the service! Exfoliating, massage, hot stone! It was well worth the price and yes, I tipped .

Rachel was very helpful with figuring out what style of nails would work best and paid attention to detail when shown a picture of the design I wanted. During the appointment, we made friendly small talk and she made sure to check on me at each step of the process to make sure I liked how things were looking. I would come here again!

I have been here twice now to this nail salon and every visit & nail request I have had has been great so far! 😊💅 The owner of the nail salon, Rachel, was so welcoming and pleasant to talk to when she did my previous set of nails, from my first visit. I am very happy with this new nail salon being my go to place in town now, thanks to the many recommendations I had received from previous patients & friends. Today, Jennie did my nails 💅. All I knew was I wanted something different from my previous nail style with it now being winter/holidays, and that I wanted the cat eye style as well. While I was already happy with the nail style and color choices I had picked for winter this season, Jennie asked me first if she could try something new on my nails. I said sure, go ahead. She managed to make cute heart shapes on some of my nails using the magnetic wand used prior for my regular cat eye design. It actually turned out pretty cool, and I really enjoy the fun heart shape "touch" on some of my nails, and can't wait to show them off to my family and friends this holiday! I even received a little Happy Holiday's gift bag after my manicure service today, as a thank you for being a loyal, new customer. 💅🎄 Everyone at this salon has been friendly and professional, and I will continue to highly recommend their skills and nail salon to anyone I know! With that being said, if you haven't stopped by this nail salon already, you're missing out! 😊

Update- night of the 10th day the thumb nail cracked. Definitely don’t recommend Gel X nails, acrylic never did that for me. They are super thick and there are noticeable gaps between my nail and the gel X nail. :( and yes I can go back in, I don’t have time. Had I known they wouldn’t be able to do it the first time I wouldn’t have gone somewhere else. I will not be returning for a fix or a new set. They were ok. Two people did my nails, and I don’t know if that’s why but one was put on crooked (gel x) and the rest weren’t filed the same length or even filed straight. After I fixed the filing they were great. Not sure I’ll return.

I went to Germantown Nails for the morning of my bachelorette party and had a wonderful time! Rachel did an amazing job with ensuring everything was ready to go when we arrived and our nails looked wonderful! I never get my nails done professionally, so Rachel was very insightful and helped me find a great yet simple bridal nail look! I received so many compliments :)
