Cathedral Nails

My girlfriend and I thought it was such a neat idea to have a nail salon inside a church, so we booked pedicures here. We chose the $60 option with “the works.”I was told it would be an extra $7 to remove gel polish from my toes — something no other salon has ever charged me for. When I questioned it, the owner insisted I didn’t “remember” how salons work, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The technician couldn’t communicate in English, didn’t remove all my gel polish, cut cuticles with no prep, skipped cleaning under my nails, and applied the masque so sloppily that residue was left between my toes even after “washing” it off. The service was supposed to include callus removal, but she barely rubbed a rough sponge on my feet and didn’t even touch major calluses. I had to maneuver my feet into the wax bags myself, the technician just held it open and didn’t secure or remove the wax around my whole feet. It just kind of stayed at my heels — and the massage was almost nonexistent. By the time it was over, the total came to $72, so with tip I spent $82 for a rushed, unskilled, and incomplete service. The end result wasn’t worth anywhere near that price. The pic of right second toe chip was 13 hrs after getting the pedi. I thought gel was supposed to last a while? Sadly, I would never return and cannot recommend this salon.

I got a deluxe pedi with a french tip and I think they did a phenomenal job! I normally do my own toes bc I get bad ingrowns and normally I end up bleeding from other salons pulling them off. These came out great and I will be back! Edit: I just wanted to come back and say my right toe is hurting so bad I can barely put any pressure on it and it’s pretty inflamed. So if you have ingrown toenails be careful.

Not very happy with my pedicure that I had today. It has a lot of rough edges. My nails are still dirty. I have ALWAYS had them cleaned when I get a pedicure and my friend next to me had hers cleaned but the young lady working on me skipped that. When I tried to tell the gentleman when I was paying about it he just kept talking loudly so he couldn't hear me. 🤔 so I probably won't be back for a $62 pedicure that wasn't complete.

I got a pedicure and massage here and the salon is beautiful and very clean! Anna, the young lady who took care of me, was wonderful . She gave me such a relaxing massage and even trimmed and cleaned my toenails, which I really appreciate since I work on a farm. The prices are very reasonable and the whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend Anna and this place to all my friends !!!

Most beautiful nail salon I’ve been to! I had a small issue with one of my nails not being fully cured after a pedicure and came in a couple days later. The entire staff were so gracious and helpful. Kelly assisted me and fixed my toes right away with a smile on her face. 10/10 customer service and all over atmosphere! :)
