I found this wonderful nail salon when visiting Madison. They did a great job on my gel nails. We always stop over in Madison on our way to Minnesota. I'll definitely be back!

a friend and I booked 2, 4pm slots for acrylics via their website. upon arriving we were already told to wait despite our prior appointments. 4:13 I was finally started. The woman who took my polish off didn't know how to hold the electric file properly, hands shaking, took skin off 4 times, and didn't say sorry once. Then, admits she doesn't know how to do acrylics and told me to wait for the woman doing my friends acrylics to finish and then she could do mine... I have other obligations this evening hense making an appointment rather than walking in as I wanted to ensure I would be on schedule. now a gentleman then comes over and starts filling my nails without proper nail prepping, and I still had streaks of color from my last set. I told the owner how unprofessional this was and that I will not be paying if this is the service I will be getting as I do clear bases with streaks of color I would sure see the green from my previous set she assured me upon shaping it would go away.. well it is on the side and lower towards the nail bed so unless they plan on taking my nails completely off the beds one by one to shape and reattach to my fingers than I doubt that's possible I insisted again that I am not happy and will not be paying for any further service, she told me I can go, as I have reminded her I have other obligations. I had to leave my friend as she just started her set, I now have unfinished nails and no time this evening to get them done, it's Labor day weekend and everyone is booked, I am so beyond dissatisfied what is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to accommodate and allocate staff to be present upon your arrival based off the services you selected online, instead I was given 2 people unfamiliar with the techniques required to do nails, overall risking me safety as an electric filer can be dangerous long story short will NOT be going back or recommending to anyone

Super clean and friendly spot! My nail technician took the utmost care to tidy up my nail beds, shape the nails exactly how I wanted, and add the polish so evenly. I came from out of town and am adding this to my list of places to return when I’m back!
