Mandy at side street was awesome! My wife was so thrilled to get such a fantastic hair cut (her 1st cut in America)! Mandy made her feel so comfortable and confident with the cut. My wife absolutely LOVES the cut! We will be back! Definitely worth the 1 hour drive for a hair cut!

Back in late June I went to Side Street to get my first professional cut in YEARS for my birthday! I was extremely nervous because I’m growing and healing my hair and I’m pretty protective of it. I expressed this to the stylist right away. First of all she was clearly not interested or happy to be there, she was pretty vocal about it. She also seemed very snooty and judgy. Calm down girl, this is Adams Wisconsin. When she asked what I wanted I said a trim but I’d like some face framing and I like to hide my forehead. I told her that over the last few years my hair has been going from straight, to wavy, to pretty dang curly and I’d really like to emphasize my curls. After she washed my hair and got me back to her chair she was basically arguing with me about my curls, like I think i know my hair better. She gave me a trim… and that was it. She did nothing with face framing or curtain bang situation like I asked. She didn't style and diffuse my curls. She barely dried my hair. She couldn't get rid of me fast enough so she could go start her weekend. She was very happy to take my money though. Ive been sitting on this because i didn't want to rock the boat and what was done was done but the more i think about it the more i realize i wasn't treated right and people need to be aware of what they might get. I do remember the stylist's name, i just felt like putting it down here was kind of cruel. Sorry :/

I get my hair cut and colored here by Mandy Crocker. She's the best! Also, I am a very satisfied customer of Side Street Serenity. Today was my 3rd visit, and it keeps getting better!

Bobbie is my all time favorite! She is so friendly and does an incredible job. Plus she is so easy going and friendly to just speak to during your time there. And if for ANY reason you are not happy, she makes sure to take care of you and make it right....Lisa is my back up go to! Super sweet woman (the owner) and very outgoing. Plus does amazing at her job!! I adore these ladies. Whether it's a tan or hair color I'm getting, I feel welcomed and happy every time I go into the salon. I absolutely love it 🖤
