I had hair extensions installed by Bridgette. First time so initially I was happy. After my first wash I noticed my extensions were about 6 inches longer in the back and they felt loose. I called and went back in and Kate trimmed the back and made a few adjustments. They still felt loose a few days later and progressively got worse. I took a few pics of my install and compared mine to others online and saw mine was not the same. There were only 4 beads holding them in which is why they were falling out. I spoke to another stylist at another shop and she told me the install was shoddy at best. Bridgette took the extensions out and I asked for a refund for the sub-par work and she refused. I had the extensions put back in at another shop where I was informed that I only received half of the extensions that I paid for. I called Cloud 9 and was told there were no other extensions and that I got what I paid for. So $900 for about 10 inches and it should have been around 20 inches. I am attaching pics of Brigette’s shoddy work. My advise is to go elsewhere for extensions if you want professional service and the product you paid for.

I was greeted and offered a drink the moment I opened the door! I was quite early, so I sat in the waiting area. I got in to my appointment on time, sat in a massage chair while my hair was washed and given a conditioner treatment. I had several inspiration photos and she gave me the perfect mix of them, tailored to my hair type and cow licks. Left with a great new style!

Small town business owner who has put an emphasis on offering the highest quality services to her clients by ongoing education, and her association with the Paul Mitchell company. In the last year she has been a stylist at fashion shows in New York and Milan. Cloud 9 is quite the hidden gem in the valley.
