Great Technicians, But Operations Need Attention I'm very happy with the quality of service provided by the technicians and the reasonable price. Getting a simultaneous mani/pedi was efficient, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks. Parking was also easy and free. However, the front-end experience needs significant improvement. Making an appointment by phone was frustrating; I called multiple times during open hours with no answer. While booking online was easy, I was concerned about the strict 48-hour cancellation/credit card policy. Furthermore, when I arrived, the staff member managing online check-ins was late, causing several customers to wait. Improving communication and scheduling consistency would make this shop excellent.

I always love coming to get my nails done here! Every tech I've had has done a wonderful job. The front desk people are always super kind. Have come here with my best friend and few times and she has loved her nails too! Its always an enjoyable experience!

I started going to this salon in June 2024 after a terrible experience at a popular Seattle shop. After how the Pink Polish family received me and treated my nails with care, attention and precision I never went anywhere else! My nails grew so well and strong! I was just so glad I found them. I just wanted to say that this is the best nail shop in Seattle they care about customer service but most importantly keeping your nails healthy! If you are looking for a nail shop this is the one! GAVE ME AN INFECTION. I came here after a year of not visiting pink polish. This salons quality has really gone down hill since my last visit. I felt rushed the entire time which was strange for how quiet it was at the salon. They did no cuticle work and didn’t even offer cuticle oil at the end. Which resulted in the polish sitting far back from my nail beds and looking already grown out. My nails turned out so sloppy with polish all over my fingers. I ended up with a bacterial nail infection on my pinky finger which started about 2 days after my service. Will never go back.

Pink Polish did my wedding nails and did a phenomenal job. I had never gotten my nails done professionally, and never had extensions, gel or anything like that, and she helped make sure I was comfortable throughout but made suggestions and made it clear what she thought would look best. I was SO happy with the nails, and they’ve held up through 3 weeks of wedding events. My nails matched my inspiration photos almost perfectly, with a bit of artistic flair added. I was really thrilled with the results!
