Lily's Nails

I have been going here now for about five years and I have never had anything less than a great experience. Every nail tech is committed to excellence. They are kind, considerate, and do great work.

I've been going to Lily's for a few years. I love Vivienne, she does such a great job on my nails. She takes her time and makes sure I like what she is doing.

I went in to get my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed and was talked into getting a mani/pedi. I've never had one done so I said what the hell. My pedi was first and it was fine. Then came the mani. It was a totally different person and it started fine but when she put alcohol on my nails, it stung. I didn't think too much of it. Then it was time for the wax. As I said, it was supposed to be eyebrows, lip and chin only. Again another totally different person stayed with my brows, then my lip but when she got to my chin she started putting wax on my cheek. I quickly said I didn't want my whole face. She stared at me like I had 3 heads. She said "ok, I won't charge you for the whole face". Since the wax was already on I had no choice but to let her do it. What else was I supposed to do? The time came to pay and when I was being rung up the price wasn't matching up with what I chose. When I asked why it was more another lady stopped her appt and came up to say "you got shellac and whole face. It cost more". I didn't want to cause a scene as there were children in there so I paid and left. I did not leave a tip and I will never go back there again.

Tammy and Bella have been doing my nails for 3 years. Tammy is an expert doing acrylics and has done many wonderful artistic designs for me. Bella keeps my toes summertime pretty all year long and does and wonderful leg massage. I highly recommend them!

I have followed Ann from 3 different nail salons. So happy she is at Lily's Nails now! I am no hand model and these pictures do not do her work justic. But trust me, Ann is so knowledgeable about nail shape, curve, design, you name it. She is so friendly and takes her time to ensure your nails are absolutely beautiful when you leave. I hope she stays here forever because I cannot go back to walking into a random place and having my nails uneven. Thank you Ann!
