2025-11-29My 6yr old and I had an awesome experience at Jana Nails and Spa. The decor was very festive and beautiful. They had a kid sized pedicure chair for my daughter which she loved. Staff was professional and welcoming. Everyone who serviced us was great at what they do and we were well taken care of. I showed Tom a design I liked and he did an awesome job recreating the picture I showed him. I was nervous to get acrylics because I have never had them before. He made sure to give me the length I wanted and they look very natural. Super happy with how my nails came out. 🥰

2025-12-16I give this place a 1 star. I would give them zero if I could. My nails were no where close to looking like the inspo pics. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They said “yes we can do it”. My toe nails came out a silver matalic instead of a pink pearl. Then to finish it off, my hands came out white and way too thick.

2025-11-29I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON💯 I frequent nail shops all around Western WA, OR, and CA. I have to say that Jana Nails and Spa has become my top favorite out of the many I've gone to. The shop is clean, luxurious, professional, and welcoming. When I only booked a fully acrylic nail set, Lee had been able to fit me in his schedule for a Deluxe pedicure and took excellent care of my feet/toes. After my pedicure, Tom had prepped all necessary products before I sat down and got right to work. I appreciate the patience Tom had while working diligently on my nails. He asked every step of the way for my opinion on shape, size, colors, and if Im happy with them. Toms expertise shows through the application, shaping, blending of colors, speed, and education on each step as he moves through them. I travelled from Tacoma and will absolutely spend the extra time to drive to recieve service again as Lee is great with manicures and Tom is an amazing nail tech who takes pride in the arts. Its worth every penny and minute spent. You won't regret coming here.
