Perfect Nails Kent

What a nightmare- I came here once before and it was good but this time was terrible. This was hands down the WORST salon experience I have ever had before. My fingers are so painful, irritated, swollen, still bleeding the next day and it looks worse than if I had done them my self. Atleast if I did it myself it wouldnt of took 3 hours, I wouldnt be paying to have them removed, all the extra nail polish removed from my hands in general and sitting even longer at the salon. This was a $166 experience unfortunately. It took 2 and a half hours to get a full set. I wanted to leave the whole way through but I dont think another salon would finish someone else's work and I have a vacation tomorrow so I toughed it out. Between a pedicure and full set I was there from 345pm- 7pm because the gal doing my nails seemed like it was her first time and theirs nothing wrong with that, you have to learn somehow. However, my concerns are that during that time the owner was next to her and as he went through 2 full sets of nails and was halfway through a pedicure when she finally got done with me, at no point in between did he check in to see if everything was okay over here!!! They were literally laughing and joking through this together because I got acrylics and she kept putting gel on me so I would sit there for 30 mins waiting for this gel to never dry then she'd strip it off and kept doing the same thing over and over again and it was one issue after the next. I had to tell her i think thats gel. She stripped my nails with 100% acetone so many times, way over worked them for almost 3 hours straight, never cleaned off the excess product off my direct skin and the owner laughed with her on all the mistakes she repetitively made through out this process. I really wish someone would of checked in, offered to take over or atleast gave me the chance to stop/remove them and leave. It wasnt her fault but the unprofessional owners lack of training with his staff, no oversight or offer to help when she was struggling through out this for 2 and a half hours. I dont think its acceptable for him to sit there and not only be watching the multiple mistakes she was doing but joking about them when my fingers are sitting there in pain, bleedingand wasting so much of my time and money!! And yes the bandaid is on my finger because its raw so everytime it grazes something it starts bleeding again.

First time there and impressed from start to finish. Check in is on an iPad like device but convenient. Back to the chair and was warmly greeted. Nice equipment- massage chairs, adequate staff to handle walkins. My technician was very knowledgeable and took great care. The whole experience was invigorating. Definitely will go back.

First time here and had a great experience! They were so busy, but made sure we got taken care of. Massage is my favorite part of a pedi and they did a great job, not too hard, just enough pressure. My French tips came out great, so did my friends polish.

I was really hopeful I could make this my go to salon as it's close to my house. I got a shellac manicure. As you can see in the pictures the quality is equivalent of what my 5 year old does on her own nails lol. I shared that I was dissatisfied and showed them my nails as I was paying and they did not care that I was not happy with my nails. I think there are better nail techs than who I got at the salon but I don't think I will be going back given they just didn't care about the outcome of my nails.

I got a gel manicure on Friday and it was, hands down, the worst manicure I’ve ever received. When I got home, even my sister called me out for not saying anything at the salon! that’s how bad it was. I called the salon right away, and they asked me to come back in. So I went back Sunday morning, only to be placed with the same technician (first red flag). The whole process was uncomfortable, and the technician clearly didn’t know how to do a proper French tip. The lines are crooked and slanted . It looks like random streaks across my nails, not a clean French manicure. Then came the icing on the cake: they tried to charge me $37!! $27 for a soak off (even though I was only there because they messed up!) and another $10 for the French, which was absolutely terrible. I would have paid the difference for a French design , had it been done correctly. Why should I be paying to fix their mistake? I left disappointed twice. Never again. Save your money, your time, and your nails.
