2025-09-05First time to Top Nails after a recommendation from a friend. Excellent customer service and loved my pedicure. It will be my regular go to nail salon. An appt is recommended.

2021-07-04TERRIBLE! She's OK, don't let him do your nails. My mom booked our appointment & got her nails done by the lady and they looked great. Got mine done by the man and they look AWEFUL AND MY NAIL BEDS ARE BRUISED. He burned my nails beds running the dremmel too fast and pushing too hard. He gripped my finger too hard, and twisted my fingers so much it hurt. All he cared about was getting the nail done and not the person attatched to it. After he just got up and stormed off. He was rude and rough, blamed me for "making him nervous". The shapes is super thick and blocky. I picked out a coral color and he painted them bright red and told me it was the correct color and didn't change it.
