I needed to get nails done last minute for a wedding this weekend. Was able to schedule an appt same day easily online. When I needed a schedule change, it was almost immediate response via text. Shoutout to my nail technician, Quyen, for such an awesome job on my gel mani, as well as Chau for my pedi. I had a lovely time. Thank you ladies!

UPDATE: I spoke to the store manager briefly who said she would be getting back to me to determine how this experience could be resolved. Multiple weeks later, and I haven’t heard from her. I ended up going to Bella Nail Salon by the Everett Mall and had a great experience with Jenny! Overpriced and EXTREMELY disappointing. On the way to my 5 pm appointment—just 24 minutes before it was supposed to start—I received a text saying they were pushing it back to 6 pm. I was already driving, so I tried to call. Their response? A text saying they “can’t talk.” The business phone number listed doesn’t work—everything is done through online booking only. The number that texted me was a personal number from a nail tech, so I couldn’t even reach the owner to share my frustrations. This was on a Friday, and the last-minute change forced me to cancel my dinner plans because I needed my nails done for the next day. I even asked for a discount due to the inconvenience, but they refused and still charged me full price. I booked a Russian manicure, and it was the worst I’ve ever had. She made me bleed multiple times, leaving my cuticles and fingers red, inflamed, and sore for three days. She flooded my cuticles with polish, so the grow-out already looks terrible, and my thumbnails are crooked. The worst part? I paid $110 for a builder gel + Russian manicure that left me in pain, with botched grow-out, and an overall poor experience. I really hate to leave a review like this, but with no way to contact the owner directly, this is the only way to share my experience ;(

UPDATE: Beware of scam. When confronted about the below info and fraudulent charges, the owner claimed that there was no one under my name who received a service on that day. Despite showing text confirmation and proof of being charged $181 in services. Shady practices here, consider going elsewhere. Please be mindful of your payment. Every time I have received a service here the workers ask for payment via a different means (Apple Pay, card reader, Venmo, cash). I was recently asked to pay via Apple Pay (which I never use) and only after receiving a fraud notice via my bank did I notice that the amount entered by worker was significantly higher and in a different currency than USD. When asked about this they were unable to provide a valid reason. They then asked me to pay via card reader. My Apple Pay account was subsequently compromised, charged over 20 times with a total cost over $800 in the days after my appointment. This is how they treat a customer of 1 year. BE CAREFUL

The two ladies (forgot their names!) that helped me today did such a great job, dilegently working on my crazy design! I love my nails! I will always recommend this place - it's the best nail salon I've been to around here!

This salon does a FABULOUS job. The technicians are so nice and my toenails have never looked better in my life. Very relaxing and extremely good pricing too.
