2025-07-30Tee and Hannah did an amazing job! I recently moved to North Tacoma and tried several nail salons since March. They were all terrible, or mediocre at best, which was crazy considering how much they all charged. I decided to expand my search and found T Orchid in Federal Way about 15 minutes from my place. Tee was thorough in her work on my nails, patient in listening to what I wanted/interested in, and didn't rush the job. She was also wonderful company and is such a lovely person. Hannah did my pedicure and I got their deluxe. It is expensive but I had a rough week and needed some major self care. It was exactly what I needed! She took her time in both the spa treatments but also in the nail care and work. My toes look amazing! I found my go-to nail salon! Definitely coming back.

2025-10-20This place is the most expensive with the most ugliest work. They offer you champaign and they try to make you feel welcomed. Towards the end of my visit, i was pressured into tipping the staff. And they did not tell me anything about additional charges before adding on. Its ridiculous and a waste of money. I came here for a full color with simple poke-a-dots and my nails are not even straight and it came out to a 105 dollars without tip. Truly do not recommend. My Little sister can do way better than this!

2025-09-02I think I've found the best nail salon in town! I got the gel pedicure spa and was so impressed. The massage was incredibly relaxing and a total standout. I walked in with a headache and left feeling completely refreshed. They were also very meticulous and took the time to make sure my nails were cleaned and painted perfectly. Highly recommend!
