I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and relaxing. The paint job on my toes isn’t the best honestly so I would give it a 4 stars if only rating the pedicure. My issue was with the nails. I had chosen this salon based on the review pictures and really liked the quality of work. Even tho I had a scheduled appointment it still felt rushed. My nails are different shapes, lumpy and and the paint job isn’t great. I paid $65 for a very simple acrylic set and was very disappointed. It looks like a $35 nail set from Walmart. Actually I take that back, the nails at Walmart actually look like better quality. I posted the pictures of my nails on yelp if you would like to see yourself. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get acrylics here but if you don’t mind a just okay paint job on toes the pedicure was relaxing and made me really soft.

I love getting both manicures and pedicures at Sophia’s. They always do a great job and never make me feel rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are skilled and professional. I usually bring in a picture for inspiration, and they’re almost always able to recreate the look. I especially like getting dip nails — they come out clean, strong, and long-lasting every time. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service and attention to detail.

My mom and I booked an appointment to get our nails done, and since I’d been to this salon before for acrylic fills (which I later realized might have looked good because they were working on top of another technician’s work), I expected the same reliable service. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. While the staff were polite and welcoming, the overall experience felt rushed. The technician worked on both of us at the same time, which I appreciated, but in doing so he didn’t take the time to ensure our nails were even or well-shaped. The application felt careless, as if everything was being done as quickly as possible rather than with attention to detail. Additionally, after applying and shaping the acrylics, he skipped the step of letting my mom wash off the dust before polish. As a result, the polish looked uneven and messy. To make matters worse, my mom’s nails now feel flimsy and unstable, as though they could break off at any moment. While I respect the friendliness of the staff, I cannot recommend this particular technician (the guy) due to the rushed and careless service. (Before booking, I strongly suggest looking at the other negative reviews and photos. There’s a clear pattern of poor quality. On top of that, I truly believe many of the “good” reviews are purchased; just check the reviewers’ profiles and see where else they’re posting.)

0/10 never coming back waste of $80 i asked for white acrylic nails with a black ombré french tip, sharp stiletto. the acrylic has indents and lumps, they’re crooked, and very splotchy. while sophia was doing my nails i asked her to put white by my cuticle like the picture because she was only putting it on the tips. she told me it’ll look like that when’s she’s done and not to worry. all she did was add splotches of white not even down to the base and black lines. it’s not faded/ ombré in the slightest bit. i was getting so frustrated i just said i don’t want any design on top since i have to get them redone anyway.
