Called as a walk-in and they were able to get me in right away. I had Dip powdered nails that had to be removed and I wanted dip French tip. The guy who did my nails (Tony) I think he said his name was overall did a good job on making them look nice. I even told him they look good, but he was very rough with my nails and using his tools made me bleed. The top of my fingers are skinned down from his tools and files. He smiled a bit when I pulled my hand back when he was hurting me. The nails itself look nice, but OUCH.

Tried this salon for the first time and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. My sister and I had scheduled appointments for 5:15 and got there on time. All the techs were busy with other customers, so they gave us bowls of acetone to remove our current dip, except the acetone provided was cold (has always been hot at every other nail salon I’ve been to), so it did NOTHING to remove the dip we had on. We sat there for 45 MINUTES (not exaggerating) soaking our nails before anyone came to start on our nails. Neither of our techs even asked what shape we wanted, and did a sloppy job with the random shapes we were assigned. My shape isn’t even consistent, and neither is the length. My tech also did a horrible job evening out the dip before applying the final coat, so I ended up with super thick, uneven, terribly shaped nails. They also attempted to charge my sister an extra $5 for having “long nails” which are her natural nails and aren’t even close to being long enough to warrant paying extra. (hers are the navy nails in the pic attached for reference) When I got home, I also realized I was given the wrong color. I had chosen a dark pink and ended up with a maroon.

I would love to give 5 stars because they ladies were absolutely amazing! But, o just went today to get my nails done for my birthday, and I got home and realized some of my nails are super crooked and a huge chunk of the color on my thumb chipped when I was sleeping. I spent $85 with tip and am so upset they chipped and are not holding up like they should. EDIT 7/11/25 I went in yesterday and Tim or tom (I’m sorry I can’t remember) the did my nails, reshaped them and I had the color changed AND IM SO IN LOVE WITH THEM NOW. I still had to pay $65 which sucks cause I wanted to give him a bigger tip but didn’t have much money on me at the time. Definitely will only book with him. THANK YOU THANKYOU THANKYOU. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I went into this place, it was scheduled by my sister, who I was visiting down there as I am from Green Bay. I advised that this was my first time getting my nails done and I had a picture I showed two people this picture over and over again of black and blue ombre nails. None of them told me that I had the wrong Blue picked out or anything. He gets going on the nails and says oh I don’t think this is gonna work. So instead of offering to get a different blue, I was like OK, just make all of the nails blue and put one black nail in on each side of the hand to make it easier because obviously they were already closed and I was the last appointment of the day. Not only did he sand/buff the skin of one of my fingers off in four different spots, causing my finger to bleed, the clearcoat or whatever it is, that they put on the powder already is peeling off, the nail powder is uneven on every nail. The powder color is still stuck to my skin . I have a scab forming on my thumb of my left hand from when he must’ve sanded and took all the top layer of my skin. Now I’m in Green Bay with these ugly nails and I’m scared to go to another salon because my nails already hurt from the Saturday Experience at the salon. This was $55 down the drain and anyone who has seen my nails is like man they really got you, huh? Not a great experience for someone who’s never had their nails done before.

Super cute and perfect! Would highly recommend them they are so delicate and precise with each stroke and made me feel so special! Thank you again❤️✨️
