2025-10-18Maybe she was new but I just received the worst manicure ever! She, I believe Helen - label on the station, didn't remove all of the previous gel polish, unevenly ground into parts of my nail bed to remove some gel. The result of the old fall color polish left my nails blotchy and bumpy. I'd asked for rounded nail tips then reminded her several more times but was given squared off tips. She blamed the blotchy results on the old polish but at the register suggested to use the new Fall Color Polish next time. REALLY?!
