Taye is seriously the best. She gets curly hair in a way most stylists just don’t—her cuts, styling, and techniques bring out the absolute best in my curls every time. I never knew my hair could look this good! She’s also full of helpful tips and always takes the time to teach me how to care for my curls at home. Plus, she’s fun, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience feel like a curly hair glow-up session. Highly, highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and incredibly accommodating. I brought my 18 month old son with me, and not only was he totally welcomed, but he was genuinely loved on and kept entertained the whole time. It made the entire appointment stress-free. I had my hair done by Hannah, and she is the sweetest! Her personality and talent absolutely shine. She’s gentle, funny, and has that natural “you’re hanging out with your girlfriends” vibe that makes the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I can tell she’s going to go so far in this industry. I'm keeping her as my hair stylist, that's for sure! Because I had my son with me, they even brought in another stylist to help speed up the process — which I appreciated more than they know. The owner, Melissa, went above and beyond to make everything smooth, comfortable, and easy. I left with beautiful hair, great products for the holidays, and overall just such a positive experience. If you’re considering booking here, do it — you’ll be taken care of from start to finish.

Taye went above and beyond to bless this mama with fresh hair. Talk about hair transformation! I walked in with dry-bleached hair and very outgrown brown roots (🙃) From scheduling me an appointment at the last minute TO making my dream hair a reality, I couldn’t be happier!! She also was very knowledgeable and informed me that I have textured/curly hair (no other stylist had done that, I always just thought it was wavy), she gave me product recommendations (even natural/in-expensive ones) I could do at home) and she was so quick!! I personally didn't have a great experience at this salon, and I would not go back. The overall atmosphere is ok, but the lighting is terrible, and it was hard to see exactly what was going on with my hair until I left. I met Taye for the first time and was willing to pay extra to get a proper curly hair cut and upon leaving there, I felt more like I was shamed and looked like a poodle that was electrocuted. She identified some inconsistencies in my color, and I felt like she was going to attempt to milk me for as much as she could get out of me, mind you I don't have very thick, or very long hair. -$250.00 highlights -$100.00 scalp touchup (though my scalp was just recently colored and there was little to cover) -$35.00 for glaze (typically part of highlighting) and a bonus -$40.00 in holding that she may take from me if she needs some additional product...what? Again, I don't have much hair, and she's telling me that the over $300 doesn't cut it. Oh, and for a very basic curly cut, and a deep conditioner that she barely left on for 5mins (her time is more important), I already have paid them approximately $130.00. Super cuts could have done the same. I feel like it was a grab and that she was trying to play on my insecurities based on how she herself made me feel about my hair. I understand getting one's hair done is costly, but I feel like these salons, especially the ones that ask for a $45.00 deposit..LOL, are all about money and will attempt to charge you the very most they can get out of you. Too many better salons out there, atmosphere/costs and attitude combined, this place isn't for me.
