First time at Oceana spa, my experience was amazing. Dale gave a fantastic message. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I already book another appointment before I left. Recommend 100%

I was a little nervous and very tense but the atmosphere was very relaxing and surprisingly quiet, considering their location is on a very busy road. Emily was very professional, kind, and respectful! She made me feel more comfortable. It helped that she went into detailed explanation of what to expect, and she let me know that if anything hurt to let her know. It was a wonderful first massage, and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Emily!

The atmosphere was amazing. I felt completely pampered the entire time I was there. I added a sugar scrub and a deluxe hot oil treatment for my scalp to my 90 minute massage. The scalp treatment felt amazing! The scrub could have been longer (I'm sure if I asked her to do it a bit longer she would have been happy to accommodate), but also felt amazing. And the massage was heavenly!

If you want all the stress and none of the service, you found the right place! Amazingly inconvenient and generally unpleasant! I don’t generally review services on google but this place is an exceptional experience and should be considered high art in its elevated approach to garbage customer service. I’m impressed more than anything. Condescending staff, looked down their noses and in person or spoke down to me on the phone. I’m not a very fancy man, but Aberdeen isn’t know for our level of class, so I’d assume they were used to us locals. Bad automated system that staff doesn’t pay attention to and barely works. The first time they cancelled was because I didn’t respond “Y” quickly enough and never got a text response with the time and date, (it was a gift from my wife, so I don’t know the time or date and was counting on that…) but they confirmed my appointment and I was late, the second, I responded yes but they cancelled me because my “preferred” masseuse went into labor (I had no preference…) there were other workers available they just didn’t call them.

I had my first massage and body scrub with Shadley! I let him know it was my first time because I was nervous and he did so good in comforting me and letting me know the process! He was very kind and very professional! I ended up scheduling another visit with him again! It was very relaxing and all in all I feel amazing!! Thank you so much Shadley!!
