Nails By Tom

I love Nails By Tom. I love that they take the time to listen to what I want done with my nails. Amy can put designs on my nails. It is clean and I have my own box with files that they pull and use each time I go in. I have been going there for at least 6 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m a long-time customer of Nails by Tom and in the 15+ years I’ve been coming, I’ve never received a bad pedicure. The pedicure massages that Loan gives are beyond excellent. She takes her time and always makes me feel better than when I first came in. I never feel rushed. The staff is professional and courteous. Also the tools used are sterile and every customer has their own “box.” I highly recommend Nails by Tom in Grafton.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I have been coming for a year or more and l wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bill does my nails and Lenoa my pedicure. But every one is very professional and super nice. I would not go anywhere else and l rate them 💯 percent. Definitely worth a visit you won’t be disappointed🥳

I was a regular customer at Nails by Tom for 10-12 years, until I moved some distance away. I tried two nail salons closer to my new home and they didn't compare. Today I made the 40 minute drive back to Nails by Tom and it was worth every rainy mile. Besides receiving a perfect pedicure, I appreciate the cleanliness, welcoming staff, and general peacefulness of this salon.

Would give them negative stars if I could. The first time I went, the guy made my nails so thick, uneven, and an uneven shape for them all. The shape isn’t even what I asked for. They tried to make me get them fixed by the same guy or I would have to pay again to get them fixed. The owner then fixed my nails for free. Two broke within the first week and the owner said it was because they weren’t thick enough. I didn’t have a problem with them being thick, I just wanted them even. I tried them again three weeks later. The owner did my nails again and made them The same thickness. They were painted with a design. One nail broke the same day and I Couldn’t get in until a week later. When I went back, they couldn’t find the nail Polish I originally had even though I told them the number. He said they could try to match it up The best way they could but I said no and had them repaint all my nails for free after I complained. They originally tried to refill my nails thicker finally but told me they would Charge full price and I said no because it broke the same day, it took them a week to get me in and I wasn’t going to Pay for another fill unless They discounted me which they wouldn’t do. Once again they blamed it on the thickness and said I wanted Them thin so they would keep On breaking when my original request had Nothing to do with the thickness. It was because they were all uneven, the wrong shape, and they Looked terrible. I would not recommend this Nail salon to anyone for acrylic Nails whatsoever and I will never return. Three terrible experiences. NEVER AGAIN. FOLLOW-UP: the nail that broke the same day as my fill a week ago broke the next day. GREAT JOB
