HOWEVER, trying to get through the office to make an appointment is impossible and very frustrating. It took me 6 weeks and finally a message on the portal to get him in for an appointment.

2025-11-25Don’t waste your time here. Take the extra 15 minutes and drive to another dermatology center. Absolute scam artists. They will tell you over the phone that you need to make a payment prior to the appointment because IF it’s determined to be cosmetic they keep that money, if not they return it. Receptionist told my wife she has almost NEVER seen them hold the money and determine as cosmetic. Anything to get you to pay and accept. Fast forward to the appointment - they said they would need to do blood work to determine the cause of the issue and labeled the visit as “cosmetic” with zero explanation as to why. Blood work results came back with abnormalities clearly indicating a medical issue - still refuse to change the diagnosis and said it’s cosmetic AGAIN with zero explanation as to why. It’s a cash grab with doctors who have zero clue what they are doing. Save your time, your money, and save yourself a headache, go somewhere else.
