Enchanted Nail Spa

I came with my daughter and we were really happy with how our nails turned out—the technicians did a beautiful job. I especially appreciated the young lady who did my 6-year-old’s nails; she was so kind and patient with her, even though my daughter talks nonstop and can’t sit still 😂The downside was the atmosphere. The owner was snapping at her employees, even about something as small as when their ride was coming, and it felt unnecessarily harsh - especially while she was doing my nails. The employee handled it with such grace, which honestly just made the owner seem even more tyrannical. It was uncomfortable to sit through, and while the work itself was great, I won’t be returning since I want a nail salon to be a place to relax and enjoy some me time. Owner just gave me irritated vibes like it was somehow inconvenient for her to do my nails.

I have been going to this salon for over a year and half. I love the welcoming environment. I come into the salon with an idea. They always make it look good.

We tried this salon during our vacation. Both my teen and I loved the ambience and service. Very clean and efficient. The young ladies who did our nails truly wanted to make sure that our needs were met. We really felt pampered! Very reasonable price for the level of service too! Truly recommend!

Extremely disappointed that I had to sit here and write this review, but I visited this establishment last Thursday for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. By Monday my manicure began to lift. Due to my hectic schedule I was unable to call until Wednesday (5 days later not even a week) to try and get my ONE nail fixed. I walked in 11am this morning, and was turned away to fix ONE nail. There was only one person there and she was working with someone, but the time she took explaining to me that I would be charged $5 when it hasn’t even been a week, and explaining to me how she doesn’t have time to correct my ONE nail, she could have simply fixed it… I spent $95 and left a $20 tip, and I can’t even get one nail fixed?? I have a wedding to attend tomorrow, and coming back once again is a complete inconvenience. I am extremely understanding of others time, but I feel I was not granted that same respect. Desiree did my nails, and did a wonderful job, and she did take her time, but unfortunately I am left unsatisfied… I don’t mind paying $5 if that’s what I had to do, but to be turned away for one nail is quite ridiculous, and if this is how they treat people who spend their hard earned money, then unfortunately I will not be returning. I was so excited to believe I found a nail shop, since I’ve been driving 2 hours to Richmond every 2 weeks to get my nails done. That drive has gotten exhausting, but if that’s what I have to do to be treated with some decency then I will. The lady at the desk even tried to encourage to go there as if she didn’t want my business, and stated everyone’s nail bed is different…. I understand that but as someone who gets her nails done OFTEN this should not have happened. I am not new to this as I am very aware of how my nails should be, and have never been turned away to get my nails corrected at any other shop except this one. I hope you guys treat the next person better, or maybe you do, and I just wasn’t one of your “regulars” or favorites(yet at least). If it wasn’t for this this would easily have been a 5 star rating. I didn’t give one star because Desiree did do an amazing job and I am very understanding of things can’t always be perfect and sometimes things just happens, but to have me make an appointment for one nail is RIDICULOUS especially with me stating I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. Shame on you!

Love this place! Employees were very sweet, delicate. The decorations are extremely pretty and overall this place has a lovely atmosphere❤️.
