Nail Time

I've been seeing Kim here for about 5 years now, and she takes wonderful care of me, whether it's the basic service or the more expensive treatments. The entire staff are always friendly. JT runs a tight ship and has built repeat business most salons can only wish for. I ALWAYS get compliments on my brows, and my mani-pedis. I may not have the prettiest hands and feet, but Kim makes them look 1000x better. ☺️

Waste of money and time. Could have painted my nails at home for the service my mom and I received today. Very disappointed! We were rushed into choosing a color for our pedicures then from the moment we sat down to the time we had to let the nails start to dry we received a 15 minute service. They didn’t ask what kind of pedicure we wanted just what kind of nail polish. The lady who did my mom’s pedicure rushed through hers only focused on the cuticles on one foot and only cut one foots nails and excess skin around the nail. She also was in such a hurry she didn’t even paint the full nail on a few of her nails and left the nail polish on the skin. There were no massages of the feet or legs. It wasn’t busy in the pedicure section so I don’t understand why we were so rushed. My mom and I were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying ourselves and instead received a cheap car wash vibe. Overall I felt super unsatisfied and literally could have done our nails at home and saved the money.

I have been a customer here since they opened in just one room. The service has always been top notch. I became allergic to a product and they knew right away a solution. The shop is beautiful and clean. The customer service is excellent. The pricing is fair and compares to the area’s going rates. Try them….you’ll enjoy your visit.

I went to the salon 5 days ago with my young daughter and was presented with multiple staff looking confused and mouths full of food. It was difficult to explain to them what I wanted because they could not understand English very well. They tried to separate me and my daughter even after a young man translated for us that this was not our wish. Customer service needs improvement. They did well enough for my daughter and the woman that did her pedicure was very nice and thoughtful. I was thinking because of how well she handled her that maybe I’d go back to that establishment for pedicures, but when I called because I need my nail repaired from a poor dip job, she said that she may or may not charge for it. I paid $50 for manicure and dip (just 5 days ago), the manicure was poorly executed and my nail is already chipped, and another one is cracking also.

I absolutely love this nail shop! The people greet you and make you feel welcomed. It’s a relaxing atmosphere as well. My nail tech name is JT. I sent him a picture from Pinterest of how I wanted my nails and he executed! My nails look exactly like the photo! Highly recommended 10/10 experience! Thank you nail time !
