I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. This is the best quality nail salon in Richmond. If you’re more concerned with the quality of work versus the extras, like massages and free wine, then this is your place. It is clean (important to me) and the people are friendly. Ask for “Q.” He is the very best. I get dip service. You will not be disappointed.
